		<description>I saw your article in my Google Alerts for the keyword &quot;home brewing&quot;.  I have been brewing for about six months and my first brew so far has been received by my friends and family as one of my best brews.  

You should try priming your next batch of beer with DME instead of sugar - helps to eliminate the cidery taste.  

If you like the more full flavored beers I would happily suggest an Irish stout.  It has a slight coffee hint to it and when just slightly carbonated it is very smooth with a creamy head.  If you interested email me and I can get you a copy of the recipe that I used.

Or if a stout is not your style then an American Wheat Ale may be a good way to go.  It has a deep golden color with a frothy white head that sticks around, yet is not as bitter as the stout.  I have a good recipe for this style too if you are interested.</description>
